 10. Attorney General William Barr said Monday that the Justice Department had already found 'serious irregularities' at the jail where Epstein died

11.  Barr said he was angry to learn that staffers at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York had 'failed to adequately secure this prisoner.'
