Straight up: My brain went slightly akilter when I saw Jan Van Eyck's "The Arnolfini Portrait" on a library Facebook post previewing a series of talks about being human.

Right here, in New Gahania, where Democrats are Dixiecrats and sheep are scared?

Thankfully, sense and sensibility still exist. Maybe we should be thankful that the library is a county institution, not subject to the idiocy of the monetizing ruffians.
