This data is not up to date, ever, because of the data lag. Which is minimally two weeks. So only consider this to be the data available up to April 23/21. Not definitive or accurate.  Realistically speaking it will never be accurate because it represents a fraction of adverse events. Since it’s completely dependant on what actually gets reported. But it's all we have. And however limited it may be it still paints an ugly picture regarding this vaccine and the coercive campaign that's been deployed against us all.

The data presented in this report are estimates and may not accurately represent national COVID-19 vaccine adverse events for the following reasons:

    There may be delays in receiving reporting forms and processing reporting forms which may contribute to variations in the amount of reports presented weekly. These delays may be due to jurisdictions investigating and reviewing each adverse event prior to submitting the information to PHAC. There are also limitations to reporting practices such as underreporting, missing information, and differing adverse event reporting practices ac ross jurisdictions in Canada. “

Up to and including April 23, 2021, there were six reports of Thrombosis with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome following vaccination with COVISHIELD/AstraZeneca in Canada.

Up to and including April 23, 2021, a total of 40 reports identified deaths that occurred after the administration of a vaccine. Following medical case review, it has been determined that 21 of these deaths are not linked to a COVID-19 vaccine and the other 19 are still under investigation. As investigations are completed, the numbers are updated accordingly.   

It’s never been clear to me if the death count is a total or a running. I’ve explained this previously.
So the death total is either 40 or it is 40 plus 218 for a total of 258 (see last weeks report)
There are more then 6 VITT’s  in Canada, as another one was reported in Quebec, bringing their total to 3.

“It should be remembered that cases of thrombosis are considered to be a possible complication of the AstraZeneca vaccine, but that they remain very rare, i.e. around 1 case in 100,000 vaccines administered,” the ministry said in their statement

One case in 100,000 shots is not that rare.

Ontario  last acknowledged 3 cases, though I suspect that is higher.  3 in Quebec. There was one in Alberta and 1 in New Brunswick that I’m aware of. Making that 8 VITT’s in Canada.
I do NOT believe for a second that is all the cases. British Columbia has to have at least one.
What about Manitoba? Statistically speaking there has to be more. If anyone who reads here has some information on additional VITT’  or other adverse reactions let me know?
Anecdotally, I’m aware of  persons getting shingles shortly  after vaccination and am also aware of clots forming in the arms of the vaccinated.

3,511 Total adverse event following immunization reports that were non-serious

(0.030% of all doses administered)

617 Total adverse event following immunization reports that were serious

(0.005% of all doses administered)

169 New adverse event following immunization reports since last update

(84 new non-serious and 85 new serious)

Last weeks vaccination total stood at  *9,525,732 Total doses administered
The total is reported to be 11, 526, 938. Jabs for this report total: 2, 001,206
Sadly adverse events reported in this time frame our meaningless.
Example of this can be found in previous report :

Check week ending April 16/21 previously: Adverse events reports totaled around 160. 

This week that total is nearer to 400. (Yes, I take and save a screen shot each week)

The teacher Zelia Guzzo has breathed her last after a fight of 12 days...

The news of Zelia's tragic death comes from the State Polyvalent
Institute "S. Quasimodo" of Gela.

"It is with infinite sadness and great consternation that our school
community has learned the news of the sudden and untimely death of
Professor Zelia Guzzo. We remember and mourn a colleague and a person
who was always courteous, loving, helpful, smiling, dedicated to her
work, and professional. The I.C.S. 'Quasimodo' joins in the grief of the
family and all those who had the good fortune and honor to know her".

The teacher, after the administration of the AstraZeneca vaccine, had
been hospitalized in a serious condition at the Sant'Elia Hospital of
Caltanissetta, due to a cerebral hemorrhage, until she was later
declared brain dead.
