A higher-than-expected number of young men have experienced heart inflammation after their second dose of the mRNA COVID-19 shots from Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna, according to data from two vaccine safety monitoring systems, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) said on Thursday.

While some patients required hospitalization, most (but not all) have fully recovered from their symptoms, the CDC said.

  More than half of the cases reported to the U.S. Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) after people had received their second dose of either the Pfizer/BioNTech or Moderna vaccines were in people between the ages of 12 and 24, the CDC said.

Those age groups accounted for less than 9% of doses administered.

9 percent of the doses administered and more then 50% of the adverse reaction reports for heart inflammation- Do you see a problem with that? I certainly do!

  "We clearly have an imbalance there," Dr. Tom Shimabukuro, deputy director of the CDC's Immunization Safety Office, said in a presentation download to an advisory committee to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration meeting on Thursday. 

An imbalance?! Well that's a nice way of saying the incidents are tipping the scale drastically!

  The overwhelming majority of the cases have occurred within a week of vaccination, Shimabukuro said.

There were 283 observed cases of heart inflammation after the second vaccine dose in those aged 16 to 24 in the VAERS data.
That compares with expectations of 10-to-102 ( an average of 56 )  cases for that age range based on U.S. population background incidence rates, the CDC said.

You DON’T want your heart inflamed

Typically, you don’t want any parts of your heart to be inflamed, unless it is just some kind of metaphor for love. Inflammation can interfere with your heart’s ability to pump blood to the rest of your body and lead to abnormal heart rhythms as well. While milder cases can resolve without longer-lasting problems, such conditions could lead to more severe, long-lasting, and even life-threatening consequences.

As of May 31, 2021, the VAERS had 789 reported cases of myocarditis or pericarditis in people after they’ve received doses of either the Pfizer/BioNTech or the Moderna Covid-19 vaccine. Most (573) of these reports were from after the second dose.

Over half (475) of the 789 reported cases have been among those 30 years and younger. However, so far, only 226 of the 475 cases have met the CDC working case definition, (arbitrary parameters- I have a HUGE problem, from personal experience. with arbitrary parameters and the harm they bring)  meaning that they indeed seemed to be legitimate cases of myocarditis or pericarditis after the vaccination event.                      

In my home province of Ontario

Ontario Public Health is reporting the first three cases of an inflammatory heart condition called myocarditis in people under the age of 18 after they received an mRNA vaccine for COVID-19.

It is part of a report issued today on Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFIs) for COVID-19 in Ontario.

There are likely many more then three cases since Ontario began to manipulatively (free ice cream said the creepy gov groomers) inject minors.  

As had been expected. Easily predictable already seen in Israel. Now prevalent in the US and Canada
