Vermont Pride Theater at Chandler (VPT) requests submissions for its eighth annual Summer Pride Festival, July 20-22 and 27-29, 2018 in the historic Chandler Center for the Arts, Randolph (VT).

We are seeking full-length scripts with strong LGBTQ content that present the issues and concerns of today's LGBTQ persons, especially those living in rural areas, in a positive way. Scripts should have a mid-sized ensemble, preferably all adults. Staging in a community-theater setting should be feasible. No musicals, please.

Plays that have been previously produced or published are welcome, and their performance history would be of interest. These should be e-mailed to VPT producer Sharon Rives <kenrives@gmail.com>, no later than January 1st.
