 What reports? Reports from disinfo media?
 
If there was never a meeting scheduled and there wasn't, then it's obvious the Kremlin would say no meeting was planned.  It's a no brainer.  

Yet, again we're witnessing obvious disinfo being promulgated through the media to create a perception of discord between Russia and Turkey.

Who wants discord? Which parties benefit from sowing these false ideas? And why aren't more people checking the facts before acting all chicken little like?

If you're a reader here and you saw information regarding a confirmed meeting, which should be easy enough to find. Primary sources, please. Not gossip. Leave it here for us all to read. 

I sure couldn't find anything to indicate a confirmed meeting date had been set.
