Submissions sought for an LGBTQ+ anthology

web site

Deadline: October 15, 2021

Submissions sought for an LGBTQ+ anthology of writing by trans and non binary playwrights of 5-10 minute plays that reflects trans and non binary perspectives for possible publication in a volume edited by Joan Lipkin and Jon Fraser.

We would accept an excerpt from a longer piece that stands well on its own.

Include a brief bio of the author, where, if applicable the play has been performed, and a synopsis of the play. Various aesthetics are welcomed. We are not only looking for realism.

We only accept pieces for which the artist owns copyrights, if previously published, and can reprint without charge or penalty.

All playwrights will retain the rights to their work.

All submissions will be read multiple times, including by a diverse LGBTQ+ committee.

An honorarium will be provided.
